How do I add a new facility to my profile?

UptimeHealth allows you to manage multiple facilities on a single platform. You can add new facilities to your account through the "Facilities" section.

It’s crucial to be able to have an overarching view of all your facilities at one time. UptimeHealth provides this ability to manage multiple facilities, see all your assets, and associate tasks in each facility one platform.

To add a new facility to your account, you follow these simple steps.

  1. Log into your account by going to www.uptimecontroller.com/.
  2. On the left-hand side move your cursor to the “Facilities” tab and click.

  3. In the top right corner, click on the button “+ Add New Facility”.

  4. Follow the three-step wizard to build out the facility
    1. "Address" section - enter in the address details including facility name and address. Then press “Next”.
    2. "Information" section - enter all the mandatory fields. Then press "Next"
      1. The main point of contact is selected from a drop-down list of all the users you have on the UptimeController system. To learn how to add more sub-users, read this article.
      2. You are also able to attach and associate documents to your facility by uploading the document in the “Supporting Documents” section.
    3. "Areas" section - add you can add the areas of your building and create a digital blueprint of your facility by clicking the "+ Add Area" button at the top right-hand side of the page.

      1. To add an Exam Room. Type in the name of the area in the "Area Name" field (i.e. "Exam Room 1"). Then select the "Area Type" from the drop-down menu to describe the area you just added.

      1. Continue adding areas by repeating the steps above until you are complete.

    Once you have completed all these sections, click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen. Wait a few moments, and you will see the screen of the newly created facility profile.
