What is the marketplace? And how does it work?

The marketplace is a compiled list of all searchable technician listed on UptimeHealth. This tool is very resourceful for our clients to be able to easily source a technician in their area.

Please see below on how to utilize the UptimeHealth marketplace.

1. Navigate to the "My Team" section in the left hand side bar of the UptimeController.

2.Click on the blue Add Via Marketplace button in the upper right hand side.

3.The Marketplace is able to be filtered by Category " Type of Equipment" the technician can work on or a Facility. Click search. 

4. The Marketplace is a tool that our clients use when needing to source a new technician for their facility. You can view the technicians in Marketplace by List or Map. When you have your Technician account notification settings set to be searchable you are allowing any possible clients to see your account. The client would be able to then reach out to schedule the service request with your company.
