- The URL contains “/app/callback”
- The page does not load correctly or redirects unexpectedly
Cause
This issue commonly occurs when:
- The login page has been bookmarked incorrectly
- An outdated or redirected URL is being used
Solution
Step 1: Use the Correct Login URL
Ensure you are accessing the controller using the correct link:
https://uptimecontroller.com/app/login
Step 2: Check the URL
If your browser shows:
/app/callback
Manually remove “callback” so the URL reads:
https://uptimecontroller.com/app/login
Step 3: Update Your Bookmark
If you have saved the page as a bookmark:
- Delete the existing bookmark
