How do I update a device record?

You can update a device record either directly from the Devices section or in the device record itself.

To update the information in a device record, follow the steps outlined below.

1. Select the Devices section in the left-hand menu.
   
2. Identify the device you would like to updated information for. You can do this by filtering or searching through the pages.
3. Select the device by either clicking on the Asset ID number or selecting the three dots on the right hand side and selecting "Edit".
   
4. If you selected the Asset ID, you can click on the "Update" button on the top of your screen.
5. From here you will access the editing wizard that will take you step by step through each section for the device record. Click "Save" at the bottom of each page to save any edits to that section.
