My activation link has expired - how do I log back in and/or reset my password?
If you have not fully completed your account set up after initial login and you are having trouble logging in:
Please email support@uptimehealth.com where one of our customer service representatives will provide you with a new link to the platform.
If you have fully set up your account details after first login and forgot your password:
Please select the "Forgot your password?" option on the initial login screen to be sent details on recovering your account.
