To download a list of devices in the UptimeController, go to the "Dashboards" > "Devices" section, and scroll down to the Device List. I
To download a list of the devices you have in your platform, follow the steps below:
- In the left-hand side navigation panel click the Dashboards dropdown, select Devices. Note: Access to the extended Dashboards options including the Devices section is dependent on your role in the organization.
- At the top of the screen you will see different filters, use this section to narrow down the devices you'd like to download a report for.
- Facility: Filter by a specific facility, you can choose multiple facilities if needed.
- Make/Model/Category: Filter by Device make, model or category (Note: The category filter does not include an infinite scroll. Please type in your category if you cannot find it in the drop down).
- Device Use: ** Please be sure to select Active and Inactive if you'd like a list of all devices. - Scroll down to Device List and select the download button on the right-hand side. A box will appear, select XLSX and click Download.
