How do I clear my cache?

Clearing your cache can help if you are encountering error messages or having trouble viewing certain parts of UptimeController.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click the three vertical dots (Menu) in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.
  4. In the dialog that appears, select the Time range (e.g., Last hour, Last 24 hours, All time).
  5. Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  6. Click Clear data.

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click the three horizontal lines (Menu) in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Go to Privacy & Security.
  5. Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section.
