How do I clear my cache?

Clearing your cache can help if you are seeing error messages or having trouble viewing some parts of the UptimeController.

For PC:

1. Navigate to your internet browser.

2. Click Ctrl +Shift+Delete on your keyboard.

3. Select cached images and files and hit clear data.

4. Navigate back to the UptimeController and if this does not resolve your issue please contact us at onlinesupport@uptimehealth.com.

 

For Mac:

  1. Navigate to preferred browser.
  2. Press the keys [shift] + [cmd] + [del].
  3. Select cached images and files and hit clear data.
