How do I clear my cache?

Clearing your cache can help if you are encountering error messages or having trouble viewing certain parts of the UptimeController.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click the three vertical dots (Menu) in the top-right corner
  3. Go to Settings located at the bottom of the menu
  4. In the new window that pops up click on Privacy and Security
  5. Click on “Delete Browsing Data”
  6. In the window that pops up select the Time Range you would like to clear.
  7. Click Delete data.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click the three horizontal lines (Menu) in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Go to Privacy & Security and scroll down to Delete Browsing Data.
  5. Click on Choose what to clear - a window pops up, select the options and time range for data that you would like cleared. 
  6. Click Clear Now

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge.
  2. Click the three horizontal dots (Menu) in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services, scroll down to Delete Browsing Data
  4. Click Choose what to clear
  5. Select the Time range (e.g., Last hour, Last 24 hours, All time).
  6. Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  7. Click Clear now.

Safari (Mac)

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click Safari in the top-left corner of your screen.
  3. Select Preferences.
  4. Go to the Privacy tab.
  5. Click Manage Website Data.
  6. Click Remove All.
  7. Confirm by clicking Remove Now.
