Clearing your cache can help if you are encountering error messages or having trouble viewing certain parts of the UptimeController.
Google Chrome
- Open Chrome.
- Click the three vertical dots (Menu) in the top-right corner
- Go to Settings located at the bottom of the menu
- In the new window that pops up click on Privacy and Security
- Click on “Delete Browsing Data”
- In the window that pops up select the Time Range you would like to clear.
- Click Delete data.

Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox.
- Click the three horizontal lines (Menu) in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Privacy & Security and scroll down to Delete Browsing Data.
- Click on Choose what to clear - a window pops up, select the options and time range for data that you would like cleared.
- Click Clear Now

Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge.
- Click the three horizontal dots (Menu) in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services, scroll down to Delete Browsing Data
- Click Choose what to clear
- Select the Time range (e.g., Last hour, Last 24 hours, All time).
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.

Safari (Mac)
- Open Safari.
- Click Safari in the top-left corner of your screen.
- Select Preferences.
- Go to the Privacy tab.
- Click Manage Website Data.
- Click Remove All.
- Confirm by clicking Remove Now.
