Clearing your cache can help if you are encountering error messages or having trouble viewing certain parts of UptimeController.
Google Chrome
- Open Chrome.
- Click the three vertical dots (Menu) in the top-right corner.
- Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.
- In the dialog that appears, select the Time range (e.g., Last hour, Last 24 hours, All time).
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.

- Select Settings.
- Go to Privacy & Security.
- Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section.
- Click Clear Data.

- Open Safari.
- Click Safari in the top-left corner of your screen.
- Select Preferences.
- Go to the Privacy tab.
- Click Manage Website Data.
- Click Remove All.
- Confirm by clicking Remove Now.
