How do I add a work order to an open job?

The Uptime Controller now has the ability to open multiple work orders at one location and combine them into one job.

To add a work order to an open job follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Service Requests tab on the left hand side.

  2. Locate the open job you are wanting to add to. You can search for the job using many factors including Facility and Asset ID.AddWorkOrder-Step2
  3. Once you locate the Job you are looking for and confirm the technician has not completed the job yet select, "Add New Work Order".AddWorkOrder-Step3
  4. Select the Device from the Drop down menu.
  5. Describe the issue you are experiencing to better prepare the technician. Select Create Worker Order to complete request.
